Your introduction to Meditating Mantis is an 8-week program that guides you through the optimal postures and exercising for opening and balancing each chakra. As we begin to identify the areas of our lives that require updates, we also work to remove judgment, shame and guilt.  

We replace negative emotions with love, patience and self-acceptance, and we make gradual changes – physically, emotionally, and spiritually. 

We begin to identify the difference between things that bring us true joy and actions that bring us shame. As we move toward a position of
love and gratitude, we naturally replace self-defeating behaviors with those that help us along our journey to our higher selves.
